Kulula adds a couple more feathers to its cap

The airline's popularity was highlighted recently by the success of a R27 million ‘garage sale'. In one day alone, the airline sold 55000 tickets, had 145000 website visitors and served over one million Web pages.
“Based on the strong brand respect that we've earned over the years, we recently broadened our product offerings to include cell phones, mobile Internet access and holiday packages - all of which can be simply purchased online,” added Damen.
A kulula staff member, Dee Lippert, gave the airline their second feather - she was voted George airport's ‘Best Airport Manager'.
