    Veracity wins Arrive Alive Account

Brand Navigation company Veracity Incorporated has won the National Department of Transport / Arrive Alive, worth over R25-million a year, account following a six-way pitch.

The account is worth in excess of R25 million per annum, and was awarded for a minimum period of 2 years. Veracity scored highest on Overall Strategy, Media Strategy, Creative Design and Communication.

"We're delighted that the National Department of Transport has shown faith in our up-and-coming agency, instead of following a well beaten path," says Morné Ebersohn, Veracity's Corporate Navigator. "Our strategies have always been our strength and we believe this gave us the edge in this pitch. Our campaign is well thought out and comprehensive. And, of course, we're going to be ably assisted by our alliance partners, Global Interface."

The appointment comes less than 24 months after Veracity was founded as South Africa's only fully integrated Brand Navigation agency. "This is a concept that we pioneered to assist our clients in managing their brands through the whole communications spectrum," comments Ebersohn. "Our approach will be used throughout the Arrive Alive campaign to achieve the department's goals."

"The conditions of the tender were specific and tight," comments Ntau Letebele, Manager: Road Safety Projects at the National Department of Transport. "The selection process was lengthy, but we are confident that we have made the right choice and we look forward to a fruitful relationship."
