Nick Binedell, former Dean of the Gordon Institute of Business Science, drew on his vast knowledge of strategic leadership to talk about how businesses need to find their authentic frequency to remain relevant amidst the rapid changes within our economy.

The CEO of MTN Ghana and the brain behind the network's Ayoba campaign, Serame Taukobong, shared his extensive marketing, operations and sales experience and used personal anecdotes to share the life and business lessons he gleaned along the way.

Not your typical business breakfast! "Praise singer" T-Bone welcomed the audience and introduced each speaker.

Corporate trend analyst, Dion Chang of Flux Trends, spoke about the business of disruption. he drew gasps from the audience as he outlined the technology changes on the way and how they will impact on various business sectors.

The morning rounded off in dramatic style when award-winning performer and SA cultural stalwart,
Dr Gcina Mhlophe, had the audience riveted with her skilful use of poetry and storytelling as she challenged individuals and businesses into owning up on whether they have done significantly contributed to making a difference in South Africa.

Host, East Coast Breakfast's Darren Maule, proved why he is one of SA's best loved comedians. He became a fan too, drawn to the magic of Dr Gcina Mhlope!

It was an interactive session with the audience "working closely" with each of the four speakers

The event brought together KZN's corporate elite for a morning of key learnings and insights from four of SA's top strategists and thought leaders.
