The programme is intended to help build a new calibre of skill that will result in outstanding service delivery within the industry, and provide young women with an opportunity for growth and entrepreneurship.
“We are very excited to be able to offer this opportunity and set the benchmark for nail technicians who wish to improve their service and gain stellar service in their craft”, says Looking Good LCN, founder and CEO, Lea Castro. “The mentorship programme works hand-in-hand with our vision of empowering women in 2019 by expanding golden opportunities for female nail technicians.”
Candidates who wish to participate in the programme will be provided with an experienced mentor from LCN. Throughout the duration of the programme, the mentee will be taught various nail techniques and provided with the necessary insight to grow her passion for nail art. The mentoring programme will also sponsor the candidate with a startup kit to the value of R30,000 to grow her own venture.
The programme will run from April tuntil 31 May. Entrants have to motivate why they deserve the chance to be selected by submitting a written application.
