Durban Chamber of Commerce does deal with FNB

According to the daily newsletter sent out by the Chamber, the agreement was officially signed in Durban and FNB's Acacia House offices in La Lucia and the Chamber's chief executive Andrew Layman says the joint venture with the bank was prompted by "difficult business conditions as a result of the global economic crisis."
