The Polokwane dealership was recognised as the top performer of all 24 InspectaCar franchisees nationwide. The award is based on criteria including social media reviews which focused on price, quality, customer service, customer experience and overall activity. Furthermore, customer complaints, franchisor inspection check elements, appropriate use of documentation, staff training, leads conversion and overall CI (corporate identity).
Lastly, weighted averages of overall profitability, value added products, market share, interest rate and conversion on approved came into play. InspectaCar Polokwane stood out heads and shoulders above peers who were rated on the same criteria.
“It’s important for us to recognise the contributions each of our dealerships make, not only to the InspectaCar brand but to the preowned vehicle-buying public,” says InspectaCar CEO Pertunia Sibanyoni.
“These awards are an integral part of our journey to greatness. At InspectaCar, we are driven to deliver quality vehicles our customers can trust, fight perceptions around used car salesman, and set new standards in the second-hand marketplace,” Sibanyoni concluded.
The dealer conference and awards ceremony has been held annually since the inception of the InspectaCar brand in 2002.
