Hilton Worldwide's One in Five campaign returns

Hotel company Hilton Worldwide has relaunched its meetings promotion in which one in five, and up to 20 attendees, go free at meetings held throughout 2010 in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The promotion is at participating properties across the Hilton Worldwide portfolio, which includes the Hilton Sandton and the Hilton Durban.

The “One in Five” promotion, which now includes weekend bookings, runs until 4 March 2010 for meetings held throughout 2010, both residential and non-residential. One in every five attendees will not be charged the hotel's regular delegate rate, so that for a meeting of 10 people two attendees go free, right up to a meeting of 100 attendees where 20 are free, offering great value for companies and agents.

Wanting a fresh start

James Farrow, senior vice-president of sales, Hilton Worldwide, EMEA said: “With our earlier research having confirmed the importance of face-to-face meetings, we were delighted to discover that the majority of clients feel the One in Five promotion is good value - thus why we've brought it back for 2010. We get a sense that companies want a fresh start this year in motivating their teams and using valuable face-to-face time in driving business productivity and overall success.”
