Too hot to handle as Montecasino billboard censored!

When the billboard for Montecasino's latest promotion, "Beat the Heat" was submitted for approval, it was roundly rejected by officials, on the grounds that too much of the model's cleavage was exposed. Montecasino responded by submitting revised artwork with the word "censored" across the offending bits and voilà - approval granted!
