Filling empty bellies creatively

Creative agency Saatchi & Saatchi's social responsibility programme ensures that every person in the agency visits a soup kitchen once a month. The aim is to lend a helping hand to fill the empty stomachs of the homeless and underprivileged.

Partnering with Johannesburg based charity organisation MES, Saatchi & Saatchi employees can be seen at the Roly Poly Crèche, Homeless Care, Othandweni Street Youth/Child Programme, Ekuthuleni Transitional Housing Programme, Community Care Programme, Entuthukweni Training and Development Programme and MES Impilo Programme.

The MES vision is to change the heart of the city by empowering people to live independent, sustainable and meaningful lives: "Each person in our agency is committed to real social responsibility and our team is delighted to be able to make a difference at grass roots level," says Colin Ramparsadh, Managing Director for Saatchi & Saatchi.
