A pretty girl with nice legs and great running shoes is out jogging in the suburbs. The sky is blue and you just know that she has to be somewhere in SA.
The only difference to normal exercise of this nature is that she is carrying her dog.
This dog is a beautiful Collie and he is panting with his tongue hanging out. His owner is showing very little stress despite the extra exertion and in fact looks like she is just pacing herself like she does this twice a day.
The ad for those that haven't guessed by now is SuperC.
"GIVE YOURSELF THAT LITTLE BIT EXTRA. NOW AVAILABLE IN LEMON AND LIME."
The readership of the mag revolves around students and the message gets across to that target market perfectly. Lastly, the fact that the ad is at the end of the mag is no coincidence.
There is no chance of the idea being submerged amongst the rest of the pack in this publication. The result is that the punch line together with the jogger taking the physical exertion in her stride will remain with the reader.
