No Jacket Required wins Medic Alert communications portfolio
No Jacket Required Communications recently celebrated their first birthday and with that the addition of some of South Africa's biggest names in business to their already extensive list of clients.
Their most recent addition is that of Medic Alert South Africa. The Medic Alert account will include an advertising campaign, a publicity campaign, an SMS marketing campaign, as well as a corporate banquet and fundraising together with creating awareness for the new Medic Alert Indigent Program. This program aims at giving 100 memberships per month to less fortunately people that are in dire need of a membership but that cannot afford it. Their current "Fashionably Safe" advertising campaign aims at changing the perception that the public have of MedicAlert to being part of responsible healthy living. The campaign is targeted at young responsible adults as well as the youth and communicates that this identification tag is for everyone.
Another part of the campaign will be the publishing and launching of the new Medic Alert quarterly membership magazine. The magazine will have a printrun of approximately 100 000 and will be edited by the award winning editor Riekie Greyling. With its lifestyle feel this magazine will promote a healthy and responsible way of living through a total of 60 pages.
