SA operator reaches finals of world communication awards

Nominated for Best Operator in a Developing Country, iBurst is the only South African operator to be shortlisted for the 2008 World Communication Awards - the most widely-recognised and influential awards for the global telecommunications sector. iBurst is up against Roshan Telecom Development Company (Afghanistan), Safaricom Ltd (Kenya) and Viettel Corporation (Vietnam). The awards take place in London on 26 November.
