Property title undergoes revamp

Media Nova's The Property Magazine, the three-year old free-to-home publication dedicated to the people, places and perspectives of the dynamic property industry, is undergoing a facelift. "While it’s still the well-known ‘big red one’, the masthead has been updated for a cleaner, fresher look,” says Tony Vaughan, MD of Media Nova.

“With in-store sales on the up and up, a punchier masthead is the perfect solution to dominating an increasingly cluttered newsstand. And while we’re still proud to be The Property Magazine, we also recognise that many readers refer to their favourite read simply as: ‘Property’, which is reflected in the new design.”

Although the focus has largely been on residential property, the commercial side of the industry has played rapid catch-up in the past few months. As a result, in April 2007, the magazine is launching ‘Commercial Break’ nationally, which gives advertisers an extended option to educate the market about the ins and outs, up and downs of office, industrial and retail space.

The Property Magazine is a large format, glossy monthly publication printed in three regional editions – Western Cape, Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal – with a combined print run of over 110 000 magazines. Over 100 000 of these copies are distributed free to households, airlines, five-star hotel, embassies and consulates, In addition, the magazine also enjoys a growing subscription base and is sold through selected retailers nationwide.
