    ECR Europe forum to tackle demanding shoppers

    In a changing world in which shoppers are increasingly demanding, while the global economy heads into recession, looking for new solutions is more vital than ever. The European Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) aims to offer those solutions at a seminar to be held in Barcelona from 3 - 5 June 2009.

    The ECR collaborative approach of efficient delivery of value to consumers is more topical than ever, with plenary speakers tackling the difficult issues of:

    Heading the programme will be the ECR Europe Manufacturing and Retail Co-chairs:
