Lyn Jones, AMASA's chairperson comments, "We're delighted to be part of the MOST Awards and are excited about the synergies between both initiatives going forward." According to both parties, the principles behind each award align seamlessly.
Through a research programme, with questions based on specific criteria, MOST recognises the top media agencies and media owners' sales and marketing teams. This encourages staff to improve service levels, knowledge and skills, resulting in improved standards and efficacy.
RGA, launched by AMASA in 1999, has as its core aim the acknowledgement of innovative media planning. AMASA encourages the industry to raise the bar through creative thought and media plans, achieved in collaboration with media owners to deliver results for clients. Prior to MOST, the RGA partnered with AdReview for three years.
Entries for RGA of leading campaigns, approved by client and flighted between 1 January 2011 and 31 May 2012, must be in by 6 July 2012. Finalists will be announced at the association's monthly forum on 1 August 2012. For entry forms, go to www.amasa.org.za.
