New rehab centre to take over where Thula Thula rhino orphanage left off

The Thula Thula Private Game Reserve, the local Fundimvelo Community Conservation Trust, and the international animal welfare organisation Four Paws have opened The Fundimvelo Thula Thula Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre following the closure of the Thula Thula rhino orphanage. The new facility will fall under the management of Thula Thula game reserve's staff.

Under the guidance of local wildlife veterinarians, an experienced and professional team of animal caretakers has been appointed to see to the daily needs of wounded or orphaned animals at the centre.
