The project entailed new photography and background fades of the product to heighten visual appeal, all the while keeping the existing Dippas logo so as to maintain brand recognition. The team tasked with the job, Creative Licence, believes they were able to achieve great appetite appeal with the end product - showing chips swooping down around the bowl and creating a 3D effect. The copy line: “Corn style chip specially formulated for dipping” was also introduced onto the packaging.
According to Simba's Innovations manager Peta Friedman, “The new design was well received, both by consumers and by other businesses.”
