Warricker explained that visitors to the Look & Feel Good Expo are generally not of the "shop and go" variety, but prefer to linger at the show to appreciate its many attractions.
Many remain engaged for hours - browsing through the stalls, shopping for organic foodstuffs, alternative therapies and health products; attending free workshops and obtaining advice on lifestyle choices from experts; watching culinary pros whipping up nutritious dishes; as well as experiencing on-site spa and beauty therapies, "try-it" dance and yoga classes, and more.
"It's a highly interactive expo, where there's always something going on - from a laughter therapy session to a pole-dancing demo," she added.
