SA companies can no longer afford to ignore extended producer responsibility

Operating a successful and profitable franchise business has taken strain these past five years, as franchisors have had to handle one of the most debilitating recessions of our time. It is with great credit to the business format of franchising that, throughout the world, franchises have shown enormous resilience in the face of adversity. Key to that success has been the strong interdependency of franchising and the commitment by franchisors and franchisees to face the storm together and find workable solutions.
For franchising to move into the next growth phase, a new approach is needed and these seminars will help franchisors and franchisees get their businesses back on track.
The next breakfast seminar will take place on 12 March 2013 at Rhapsody's in Bryanston and speakers include Ian Lourens, CEO of OneLogix (and the man who brought PostNet to SA) who will tackle managing a business in hard times and Alex Granger talking on how to turn customers into profits. Paul Rotherham of USB will be the Master of Ceremonies.
