The MediaShop brings joy to Homeless Talk Creche
The MediaShop and its Johannesburg-based employees brought smiles to 97 little faces when they supplied gifts to the children at Homeless Talk Creche in Hillbrow on Monday, December 3. This was a joint initiative with Primedia, who supplied gifts for the another 53 children. The children were treated to hamburgers, chips and drinks before the presents were handed out. "Something as simple as a ball made such a huge difference to these children this Christmas," says Virginia Hollis, joint managing director of The MediaShop. "It was the perfect end to 2007 for The MediaShop and our staff," she added.
