HIATLANTIS 3.1 CRM/Supply Chain Management application now available
Technalign has announced the launch of version 3.1 of it's CRM/Supply Chain Management application and is now available for download on a 30 day trial. The CRM provides on demand, real time statistics of the sales force, credit, and support teams. The new release includes many new functions including consignment orders, credit processing, and full invoicing capabilities.
HIATLANTIS provides enterprise wide resource planning using the Funnel/Pipeline reporting functionality. A new support routing function has been added to allow support managers to better route support incidents to appropriate support personnel.
It provides customers with an inexpensive scalable solution allowing a company to grow and not be held back. HIATLANTIS uses a web browser on the client side for interaction with the system regardless of platform and accessible anywhere an internet connection is available. Sales teams can manage all prospect interactions and turn leads into new customers.

The sales force effectively manages and shares leads while tracking opportunities through the complete sales cycle effectively.
Customer retention has always been an issue for many companies. HIATLANTIS call scheduling allows a sales force to maintain and manage customer relationships easily. Upper management has the ability to view not only performance of the sales teams, support teams, credit teams, but has the ability to also drill down by manager and individual team members to improve performance.
Credit processing and collections has been incorporated in this release providing sales with up-to-date information on customers and credit lines. Credit checks are monitored by sales to monitor the processes and allow for ordering when the process is completed with credit lines provided to the teams.
Future plans for HIATLANTIS include full accounting integration. Currently the application provides full invoicing and inventory control. The current method of exporting files into an accounting system will be replaced by a full set of APIs allowing companies to interface HIATLANTIS into existing and legacy accounting applications.
