New Liqui-Fruit flavour

Playing into consumer interest generated around their 'Fantasy' television commercial, Bester Burke and Liqui-Fruit have developed a new summer flavour concept called Desert Fantasy. The new flavour is supposedly extracted from the recently discovered hybridiuslikwisfruiti - a rare succulent fruit flower that blooms for 15 minutes every 76 years 'somewhere in a barren desert quite far away'.

Featured prominently in the 'Fantasy' commercial, the 'imagineered' fruit flower was created by Black Ginger under the creative supervision of Wallace Seggie and Bruce Paynter.

Re-edited with tongue firmly in cheek, a new 20-second commercial starring hybridiuslikwisfruiti and popular model Rue Essop is designed to add new life to Liqui-Fruit's summer offering of fun, fruity refreshment.

Leveraging the idea, the Desert Fantasy pack tells the story of just how this extremely rare fruit was discovered - resulting in a completely new nothing-but-fruit experience available for a limited time only.
