Register NOW for OVC in Africa conference
The Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) in Africa Conference commences this Sunday 31 October 2010 and ends 3 November 2010. The Minister of Social Development, Bomo Edna Molewa will be opening the conference on Sunday at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg and you still have time to register for this event. You can also register at any stage during the event and attend the proceedings.
Over 120 abstracts have been submitted from 23 countries across Africa and Europe sharing lessons learnt and examples of intervention that have worked in trying to prevent and mitigate the suffering and pain of orphanhood and children made vulnerable through disease, war and poverty.
