Distribution and Warehousing Network (Dawn) has sold 51% of its shares in the WaterTech companies to the Grohe Group, making it a market leader in sanitary fittings.
Grohe‚ said to be Europe's largest single-brand manufacturer and supplier of sanitary fittings‚ will buy 51% of JSE-listed building materials and fixtures group Distribution and Warehousing Network's (Dawn) Watertech subsidiary for R880m in cash.

Grohe has announced the seizure of 9000 counterfeit products in the United Arab Emirates, in a raid on a warehouse on an industrial estate in Sharjah.
The joint offer by tile maker Italtile and Rallen - the majority shareholder of both Italtile and Ceramic Industries (CRM) - to acquire a portion of Ceramic from independent shareholders was successfully concluded and was now closed‚ Ceramic said on Monday, 26 November 2012.
