I’m a driven and detail-oriented marketing and operations professional with over 14 years of experience across project management, brand activations, and client service—most of it within fast-paced agency environments. My strength lies in combining strategic thinking with strong execution, ensuring every campaign I touch is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Currently, I serve as Operations Lead at Brave Group, where I manage workflow, resourcing, and financial oversight for campaigns across key accounts like Nedbank (Youth, Young Professionals, Private Wealth, Kids & Teens), Tiger Brands, and SAICA. I lead the Bravado operations team, collaborate closely with finance, client service, and creative, and ensure operational excellence at every stage of the project lifecycle.
Before this, I spent several years at HDI Youth Marketeers, first as Campaign Manager, then as Portfolio Lead. There, I oversaw youth-focused brand campaigns for clients like Cartoon Network, Danone, Dettol, and Procter & Gamble (Pampers). I managed multi-platform projects spanning education, content, events, and retail, with full accountability for execution, budgets, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Earlier in my career, I held marketing and direct sales roles where I gained valuable experience in consumer engagement, merchandising, and relationship-building.
