“Homeowners are drawn to the longevity of Weylandts’ taste and style, which has meant we have built long-term relationships with our customers. We feel that a loyalty programme is yet another avenue for us to extend these valuable relationships,” said Chris Weylandt, founder and owner of Weylandts.
Customers can join the programme in-store at the point of sale, or via a web form on the Weylandts website with confirmation and account balances communicated via SMS. Every time a Weylandts furniture or homeware purchase is made, an SMS will confirm the balance of the loyalty account (the same will apply to returned items, which will result in a decreased balance).
The balance can be redeemed in-store with any subsequent purchase by verifying identity, or accumulated for a special purchase in the future.
Customers signing up before 31 January will receive a bonus of R100 in rewards.
