United Kingdom: Interactive Dental Media has announced the launch of Dental Learning Hub www.dental-learninghub.com the new web portal and online community for professional dentists, dental students and educators. Access to the website content and subscription to the electronic newsletters and digital supplements is free of charge to users.
Dental Learning Hub brings visitors a mix of daily news, in-depth research articles spanning all dental specialities and columns covering aspects of running a successful dental practice. It is also a portal for jobs in dentistry worldwide, and has an extensive database of instructional step-by-step modules on new dental products. In addition, there is a global events calendar, dental volunteering section and a collection of articles on digital resources and e-learning available to dentists today.
Another unique component of Dental Learning Hub is an area devoted to dental students, an important resource for dental students and educators alike. With a customized content approach and monthly electronic newsletter called FLOSS, this area will host a number of initiatives and collaborative projects with organisations such as the FDI and the European Dental Students Association.
The Dental Learning Hub Advisory Board, represents dental academia and specialists who are passionate and committed to the dental profession worldwide.
