I am currently employed at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island as a food and beverage J1 trainee. I hold a National Diploma in Hospitality Management from Durban University of technology. I previously worked at front office, stores, guest relations, food and beverage control, banqueting, restaurant and the kitchen. I am dedicated to providing the highest level of service at all times and always involve myself in everything that happens in the organisation.
