I believe in crafting a vision that guides me and giving me direction at the same time assisting in making most effective decisions that is in line with my goals and aspirations. I am mainly a proactive person; I believe in planning my work, my work schedule and setting my priorities. However, I also acknowledge that the environment, certain situations and events can affect my plan and need be there a room for adjustments. I am very flexible and I am capable of working under pressure to achieve my purpose.
