Peter du Toit is the founder and CEO of Soccer Laduma, the second biggest-selling newspaper in South Africa, and one of the world's top five best-selling football newspapers. Soccer Laduma is also the sixth biggest mobile site in South Africa.
Peter played professional football from 1976 for Cape Town City FC and Hellenic FC. In 1981, he imported the first microcomputers into South Africa and established a chain of microcomputer outlets, before selling his stake in that in 1989. He then founded a fund management company and sold that in 1993 before founding Soccer Laduma in 1997.
