My years of experience and personal qualities enable me to adapt, analyse and lead. I am able to motivate those around me to work together so that, as a team, we reach company and personal objectives. I understand the value of team work as well as the necessary processes of building solid relationships with stakeholders, be they internal or external.

I have always wanted a career that I could be challenged in, a career that stimulates and pushes me to be my best, and that is advertising. I consider myself to be tenacious, thus I am a fast and keen learner ready and able to take up new challenges and avenues. I find pleasure in pleasing people, thus always aim to impress. And that's the reason I obsessively pay attention to my clients, to their dreams, their goals, their objectives. And why I am obsessive in understanding highly creative work, then selling it.

I'm a bit of a nut and I believe my happiness lies in my hands, so there's never a dull moment when I'm around because I'm a firm believer that work shouldn't be a pain. But I understand that there's a fine balance between working smart and playing hard.
