My relationships with colleagues are good, I try to project a friendly yet respectful attitude towards co-workers high or low on the organization's structure and will at all times endeavour to maintain the high standard set by the organization concerned. My feeling is that in order to maintain a healthy working environment, good working relationships with co-workers and being able to accommodate the ups and downs of work environment is important.
I thrive when performing a variety of duties and developing new skills, and enjoy a creative atmosphere. I enjoy being part of a positive team and the interaction between team members, reaching set goals and team objectives.
Identifying my best character traits would be reliability, commitment, trustworthiness, and my strong attention to details, organizing and customer services. I place great value in punctuality, loyalty and commitment, honesty and trust.
What I expect from an organisation.
Accordingly, I would expect honesty, fairness, loyalty and respect as well as a pleasant and motivating working environment from any organization.
To be given the opportunity to improve in knowledge and skills needed to function effectively and efficiently in the respective field for which I am employed. This in turn would be beneficial to the organization. Recognition when it is due as well as the prospect of shifting from initial position to a more challenging one when warranted.
