I have been involved in the mining industry in Hydraulic, Hydro Power, pumps and general mining supplies. The business has grown in the Mpumalanga/Gauteng Area, operating from Johannesburg to Barberton and extending to Steelpoort and Burgersfort. I have done work the following mines:
1. Gold1 International - Springs
2. Agnes Gold Mine - Barberton
3. Lilly Mine - Barberton
4. Tweefontein Mine - Steelpoort
5. Blue Ridge Platinum - Groblersdal
6. Aquarius Platinum Mines - Lydenburg
7. Simmer and Jack -Pilgrims Rest
8. Marula, Impala Platinum - Burgersfort
In the hydraulic field, we set up and maintain a full stock of Hoses, Fittings and Adaptors that we carry as consignment stock that is available to the mine on a 24hr/365days. Our hydraulic hose technicians are trained and employed by KWV Mining. We management our staff ensuring that the best service is offered to the mine at all times.
Our products are branded but economical. These products originate from Italy, Austria and the balance is from selected reputable brands. The brand we use is approved by MHSA, EN 853 -857 and SAE standards/specifications.
The consignment stock container can be set up a moment's notice and be placed anywhere as long as there is a suitable area with electricity. An underground set up can be done as well provided this area meets the mines safety standards. We will be offering a mobile service in the near future.

10. Various sizes of seals backups and o rings
The Hydro Power supply also can be setup as consignment stock which appeals to most mines. Our turn around for delivery is better than most and with both our Engineering shops we are able to offer a faster and reliable service to our customers.
Other services include:
1. Loco pump repair
2. Hydraulic pump repairs
3. Reverse engineering and repairs
4. Grease and oil pumps supply only
5. Re piping of underground and surface vehicles.
6. Sabs approved gauges and dash board instruments
As you can see from the above we have streamlined the business in order to specialise. This approach has allowed us to perfect our service and quality to our customers.
