×With just under 6 years of agency experience, I'm currently looking at taking my experience into the branding/marketing side of the industry. I've been involved in all disciplines of marketing, specialising within experiential and events. I'm looking for a new and exciting opportunity to move into a field where my knowledge and passion can be utilized to the full as well as challenge myself further to grow a brand within the South African market.
I have five and a half years of experience in marketing agencies both on a local and international level, specifically focusing on experiential marketing and live events. I have worked extensively over the past 4 years within the Client Service Department at Stretch Marketing, becoming an integral part of the team. I have developed a great understanding of marketing and new business working closely in managing and developing campaigns across a diversity of clients. My involvement has seen me work intensely in the field of account management as well as the new business department thus growing my knowledge and a passion for strategy.
Throughout my time at Stretch, I've been exposed to a wide array of clients, from entertainment to alcohol, food and clothing brands, which in turn not only encourages my creative and strategic knowledge but has taught me how to manage varying expectations of different clients and industries. I have managed numerous campaigns from concept through to a live campaign including some through the line campaigns in which Stretch were lead agency. I have worked across all marketing disciplines with a thorough knowledge of BLT advertising.
As an Account Director I believe I have many assets to offer. I am a highly organised and efficient member of any team, with good time management and people skills I feel any team would benefit from my presence. I learn quickly and thrive on being busy and pushed to my limits.
I believe that I can fulfill the responsibilities for this position, as I am a hardworking and reliable person, with a strong passion for marketing and people. I see this as an exciting opportunity to move into a field where my knowledge and passion can be utilised to the full.
