Having done a travel diploma and then various others through IATA, airlines and other travel organisations, she has worked her way up from a receptionist in travel to a fully qualified senior travel consultant and in 1999 decided to open her own business from home. The focus of the home based business was to be a mother and wife, as well as be available to her loyal and growing customer base at most times of the day. Service and customer interaction are a vital part in growing the business and Jutta is driven to offer the best she can to her clients, both corporate and leisure. She initiates corporate contracts for her clients with accommodation establishments - hotels and guest houses - , car hire and airline contracts in an effort to save her clients money and to build a loyal client / supplier relationship, which proves most successful. Clients requirements are met where possible.
