I helped run the Writing Intensive Programme for the Linguistics Three students. This programme aims to help the students with the structure and style of the research reports that form part of their course requirements. I looked through drafts, working with the students, and have devised workshops aimed at helping to explain different parts of the academic writing process to them.
I have worked as a tutor in my department for 3 years tutoring Ling 1 and Ling 2. I am tutoring Professional Communication this year in addition to privately tutoring a Linguistics 1 student. I lectured the Discourse Analysis section and have worked in the Rhodes University Library.
