My current focus is heading up the Technical Implementations at BCD Travel South Africa. I co-ordinate all technical aspects of all online booking tools and any other online related product used by our client base.

Experience in implementation, client development, sales assistance, training and support.

Implementation includes technical scoping for new clients & existing client. Co-ordination of client's technical setup, Internal branch setup, Travel policy and client corporate agreements setup. Project documentation creation such as functional, technical specification & operational process flow. Overall project management independently or in conjunction with client project managers.

Co-ordinating client development based on project requirements for integration and bespoke development requests for online systems. Customise development tasks to meet client's internal and travel policy requirements. Global tool development into local online booking tools to meet client requirements and policy.

Assisting sales by supporting and marketing of the BCD travel Online Travel tool through presentations and social networking. Providing technical training internally and externally.

I am currently of creating a support module and implementing a support structure for the BCD Travel Online system, this new structure will be housed within the BIS division of BCD Travel south Africa and will provide our clients a faster more efficient means off first line, second line and development support.
