I am not a hard seller - i am more the client service, helpful, increase the sale type of soft seller. I am a huge believer in creating a rapport with the client/buyer to create a level of trust between myself and them. Some say i am the farmer and not the hunter even though i have hunted for 99% of my working career. I am a team player that works absolutely fantastically alone but will always be there to support the team and assist wherever possible. I am passionate about service, time keeping, honesty and assisting all my clients with the best possible solutions for a desired outcome. I thrive on praise and recognition and continuously try and live a positive work and home life. I do not hang around water coolers and skinner, in fact i detest office place politics and skinner. I distance myself from anything negative as it does not produce any worthy results in my life. I am not a clock watcher and always willing to put in extra time into what needs to be done.
