Dr Frances Wright, in her capacity as Managing Director, is responsible for the overall management of Trinitas Consulting. Having first studied and practised as an oral hygienist, she embarked on her career in operations management in 1986 and specialises in communications, marketing and the implementation of systems and processes that minimise waste, streamline business practices, enhance productivity, and maximise service delivery to a varied client base.

She founded the not-for-profit People for People Fundraising Trust, where she discovered her passion for operations management. She was part of the team which established the community radio station CAN-I Radio in 1995, extending her work done with the trust. Frances served in the role of CEO and chairperson of the trust until 1999.

As a member of the executive board of the National Association of Broadcasters between 1997 and 1999, she was responsible for liaising between the community radio sector and the authorities, and establishing appropriate broadcasting policy for community radio. Since 1999, while consulting to different clients, she managed a communications company, before starting her own company, Trinitas Consulting in September 2006.

Frances has a BSc Honours in Industrial Technology (cum laude), a diploma in operations management (cum laude) and a certificate in production management (cum laude) from the Production Management Institute. She was honoured as the institute's "Top Student" for three consecutive years. Frances completed her MBA at NorthWest University in 2007, where she was honoured as the top Operations student. She was awarded her PhD in Entrepreneurship at North West University and acts as a business mentor and trainer for Business Partners and Enablis. She was the consultant on the eTV TV show "It's my Biz" in 2011 where she worked with various entrepreneurs to assist in achieving business success. Frances has written many published articles, is an accomplished speaker and also stars in the YouTube channel "The Wright Solution".
