In my previous role as Personal Assistant to the Head of HR, I was required to manage a range of general administrative and specialised tasks in a timely and accurate manner. This included organising meetings, distributing agendas, taking minutes at various management meetings and sending them to the relevant attendees. I have advanced Microsoft Office skills and have used these to help produce agendas, presentations and reports.

I can work autonomously as well as in a team environment. While providing quality assistance to the company's Head of HR, I was also required to liaise with and assist other senior managers within the organisation . This required not only excellent time management skills but also a professional manner and an ability to communicate effectively.

I am confident and friendly and believe that my experience and skills will be an asset to the company for which I work.
