Andrew McIlwaine is an account manager at Talk2Us, a strategic internal communication and employee engagement consultancy.

With an honours in corporate communication management, he spent 2.5 years prior to joining Talk2Us as a lecturer teaching organisational communication at undergraduate and honours levels.

He is currently completing his Masters degree in communication science through UNISA, for which he is conducting research and writing a dissertation entitled, "Towards Enterprise 2.0: Using an interactive online communication platform for internal communication."
