Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and develop constructive relationships with university campus-life representatives and co-ordinators.
• Manage and co-ordinate student-life events such as career days, risky behaviour information and support events etc. held at various student residences.
• Liaising with relevant departments to ensure all documents for accreditation requirements are correct and submitted timeously.
• Co-ordinate the formation of sports teams and their participation in sporting events.
• Develop and co-ordinate an academic support program.
• Develop and co-ordinate a peer mentorship program at each residence.
• Develop an environment in which students are able to experience a full and holistic academic, sporting and social life as residents of the portfolio.

• Develop brand footprint through the use of social media platforms and marketing campaigns.

• Establish and maintain a strong, visible social media presence and develop concepts with viral potential.
