I am Alfred Mxenge age 34 born in Cape Town and relocated to Johannesburg about 5 years ago. I had joined Absa 12 years ago of which 7 years from it I was retails branch space. I started a teller progressed to Sales Consultant and later in charge of Foreign Exchange. I was appointed as a Team Leader in Sales and looked after a team of 9 consultants situated in small different branches of Absa. I was responsible for their on boarding, trainings, supervise, mentor,PD- Personal Development assessments and coaching until each consultant had felt comfortable with products and services. I was offered a position as a Sales Manager and pity offer had landed post Absa Private bank had poached me and offered an opportunity to join them which I did. At Private Bank I worked as an Assistant Private banker looking after a clientele of 1000 client base with earnings of R750K per annum.
