Smyrna Global Outreach (SGO) is a non-government, non-profit, and non-sectarian organization. SGO is registered with the Government of South Africa as Charity Organisation under the section Public Benefit organization registered with SARS (PBO NO. 930026023) which is working for the community empowerment, Church plantation, Christian leadership training, improvement of the livelihood of the poor, protection of rights of the marginalised and oppressed without any discrimination on the basis of gender, caste, religion or any other ethnic identities. SGO is the leading independent organisation creating lasting change for children in need in the South Africa. Through mobilisation to communities and helping to strengthen education services for children.

Mission statment

SGO aims at the socio-economic and cultural development of remote and vulnerable communities to improve peoples' livelihood and create self-sustaining communities through the provision of equitable, participatory integrated development interventions.

God has given us the vision to work with everyone to bring them to Christ family. We are grateful to develop networking with the international funding agencies/churches based and mission organization to invite them to come together as the body of Christ to support our outreach mission work through different ways. We always welcome new volunteers from overseas those who have a passion to share the word of God among marginalised communities who have never heard about Jesus Christ.

If your Church/Mission and funding, agency would like to support in our child support programme, which we are implementing among the poor communities that would be appreciated to bring change in the life of the one child through your generous support.
