Samsung South Africa has launched the Cyber Service Centre, enabling customers to pre-book the repair of their mobile devices at a service centre and time that is convenient to them.
The website is designed to make navigation as easy as possible. Menus have been clearly marked and the service booking form can either be printed or emailed, ensuring that the appointment information is on hand. Furthermore, the solution also enables consumers to change or cancel a reservation at any time.
