Newspaper award winners

At the Annual Newspaper Design and Production Awards held last week, The Star won the Frewin Trophy for Urban Dailies (with circulation above 50 000); the Mercury received the McCall Trophy for Urban Dailies (with circulation below 50 000); while Rapport won the Joel Mervis Trophy for Urban Weeklies.
