Two Tanzanian newspapers banned
According to a report on Africa Review, the production of two Tanzanian newspapers, Mwananchi and Mtanzania have been banned for "three weeks and three months respectively".

According to Mwambene the production of the newspapers have been stopped due to the papers "publishing seditious stories that aimed to provoke discontent between the government and the public".
