ANC apologises to the media

NEWSWATCH: Following on several incidents in which media covering the ANC conference in Polokwane were manhandled, The South African National Editors Forum (Sanef) sent a letter to the head of the African National Congress (ANC) presidency, Smuts Ngonyama outlining its concerns regarding the ill treatment of members of the media at the party's conference in Polokwane, as well as the inadequate media arrangements.

e.tv wants in on Icasa ‘must carry' pay TV plan

e.tv made a call to the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) to include it in any must-carry policy which the SABC is pushing for.
