New premium lifestyle title for black women
International title Miss Ebène, a premium lifestyle publication aimed at enlightened and high-end black women in South Africa and edited by Aisha Yesefu, hit the shelves yesterday, Monday, 16 October 2006.

The magazine covers fashion, accessories, automobiles, beauty and make-up, as well as hair care, entertainment news, topical issues, books, movies, music and celebrity interviews, presented in a modern, relevant, and trendy format with lavish graphics.
The intention of this international publication is to bring its experience and muscle to bear in the South African market, where a niche has been identified for a different kind of publication to cater to the needs of the established black female. It aims to enlightening readers and broaden their perspectives about various issues within and outside South Africa, and also extend its distribution to the rest of English-speaking Africa.
Launch parties are planned for Cape Town and Johannesburg on 25 and 26 October respectively.
