With the rapid evolvement of fluorescence imaging in oncology, non-targeted fluorochromes are currently under investigation for clinical use. Here we investigated if the degree of tumour angiogenesis can be assessed in vivo by planar and tomographic methods using a perfusion-type cyanine dye (SIDAG).
